Board Member

Jasmine Brown is a distinguished legal professional specializing in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Counsel at the Law Office of Vincent Toomey, Jasmine represents both public and private sector employers across a wide spectrum of complex matters. Jasmine is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Metropolitan Black Bar Association. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Jasmine holds a B.S. from Adelphi University and earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
