Bridge Street Development Corporation implements its community development strategy through five major program areas:

Real Estate Development
Since BSDC opened its doors in 1995, our Real Estate Development program has created more than 500 units of safe, attractive, affordable housing for sale or rent in Central Brooklyn. more>

Economic Development
Bridge Street’s economic development work grew naturally out of our real estate development work. We started on Tompkins Avenue by helping several small business start-ups. more>

Civic Engagement
Bridge Street’s Civic Engagement team works block by block to empower the people of Bedford-Stuyvesant to become active citizens fully involved in improving the quality of life in their community. more>
