Twice a month, Bridge Street hosts a Fresh Start Clinic for homeowners struggling with their mortgages. It's an opportunity to meet with one of our housing counselors and learn about your options.

At Bridge Street, our trained foreclosure prevention staff has a wealth of information and resources to help you navigate through the foreclosure process. The Fresh Start Clinic will cover:

MORTGAGE READINESS CLINIC: Renovation Loans 101

Can't afford market price homes in your preferred neighborhood?

Come learn from Wells Fargo how to use an FHA 203K renovation loan to do repairs on a home that is below market-price!  As an added bonus, hear from Sylvester Yavana of S.R.Y. design associates on when and why an architect is needed.

BASIC COMPUTER CLASSES FOR OLDER ADULTS

July 15, 2013 - 9:00am - 10:15am

Quincy Senior Residences will be offering Computer Classes at the Phyllis D. Smalls Hurd Technology Center for adults 55 and over.  This is a 10 week course designed to give a comprehensive course on basic computer skills and are provided by Older Adults Technology Services.

The basic computer class will meet Thursdays from 9:00am to 10:15am.

ADVANCED COMPUTER CLASSES FOR OLDER ADULTS

July 15, 2013 - 10:30am - 11:45am

Quincy Senior Residences will be offering Computer Classes at the Phyllis D. Smalls Hurd Technology Center for adults 55 and over.  This is a 10 week course, provided by Older Adults Technology Services designed to expand on basic computer skills.  The Basic Computer Class for Older Adults is a prerequisite for enrollment in the advanced class.

The advanced computer class will meet Thursday from10:30am to 11:45am.
