Gound your mind and body with chair yoga which is for everyone, no matter your age, or condition. Come try this gentle style yoga which is easy and safe.
Exercise with Cassie – 12pm to 1pm
Fitness and fun come together as participant’s alternate non-impact aerobics choreography with upper-body strengthening exercises and a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated or standing support. Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance in workout.

All Seniors are invited to attend afternoon workouts at QSR. Both exercise programs are designed to help get seniors fit and into shape whether you are sitting standing, using a walker or wheelchair. Everyone regardless of your physical condition can particpate in nourishing their bodies and souls as you are challenged to move your body! If you live to move, dance, or just desire to learn something new about yourself and others, join us for Super Sould Mondays Wellness Workshops with Crashonda, Cassie and Roselle, dynamic women doing dynamic work.
