Fitness and fun come together as participants alternate non-impact aerobics choreography with upper-body strengthening exercises and a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated or standing support. Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance while working out.
