Learn to select, purchase, and prepare healthy foods on a limited budget!
During this 6-week program, you will:
- Practice hands-on cooking and sample new recipes!
- Learn thrifty food shopping skills during a field trip to a local market!
- Learn tips on keeping food safe for you and your family!
- Get ideas about how to prepare recipes for under $3.00 per serving and much more!
Classes meet from 1pm to 3pm once a week for 6 weeks.
If you sign up for the course, you must attend 4 out of 6 classes!
