You are invited to our homeowner’s Legal Clinic with the Staff Attorneys from the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project, a non-profit legal services organization, and the NYC Department of Finance for assistance to apply for a payment agreement or tax exemption to avoid your home remaining on this year’s lien sale list. You will need to bring documents, such as a copy of the deed, a government-issued ID, and proof of income to apply.
