Youth Workforce and Internship

The Out-of-School Youth Program (OSY) is a program for low-income youth between the ages of 16 and 24 who are not working and not in school. Participants are provided with a 14-week paid internship and job-readiness training program in marketing/social media, hospitality, maintenance, retail, office management, and many more opportunities. Upon completion, we offer placement assistance for education, occupational training, or employment within those respective fields. We also provide assistance with job and college placement, GED, and support services. Participants also receive 12 months of follow-up services after completing the program.
