The clinic covers the difference between default and foreclosure, the options you have on retaining or transitioning out of your house, the New York State foreclosure process, your rights as a homeowner, and how you may qualify for a loan modification. The clinics are open to all new prospective clients and registration is required. Help us to help you get a fresh start on your mortgage!
